Treatment of customer complaints
In case of complaint relating to the service provided, any customer of Mondial Change can send a letter to the address of Mondial Change - Service réclamations - 11 bis rue de Cotte, 75012 Paris. Mondial Change undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 10 days, and then to respond within 2 months of receipt. If, due to particular circumstances, these deadlines cannot be respected, the customer will be informed.

As a registered banking and payment services broker (COBSP) and financial investment adviser (CIF), Mondial Change analyses your specific needs and sets them out in a mission letter. On this basis, we recommend that you open an account with one or more of our partners according to the nature of your transactions. This recommendation is provided to you in the form of an advisory report sent by e-mail. Our broker status ensures that our recommendations are made in your exclusive interest.
On a day-to-day basis, Mondial Change remains your sole point of contact throughout the entire process: account opening with our partners, execution of transactions, foreign exchange risk management advisory and transaction monitoring.
Security of funds
Each transaction carried out through Mondial Change is directly contracted with an identified partner. Client funds are held and safeguarded by our partners in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable to them. At no time does Mondial Change hold or handle client funds.
