The personal data collected by Mondial Change is processed for the provision of financial investment advice and payment account opening services, for the application of regulations concerning the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, for the fight against fraud, and for statistical studies.

If no contract is concluded, personal data may be kept for a period of 3 years from the last contact with the prospect or customer. If a contract is concluded, the personal data collected is kept for the duration of the contract and then for 5 years after the end of the contract. This period may be extended in the event of ongoing legal proceedings.

The recipients of the data may be the producers of investment products, financial investment advisors, electronic money institutions, intermediaries in banking operations and payment services and possibly their subcontractors, who intervene in the context of the execution or management of your contract/investment, and if necessary, the administrative and judicial authorities to satisfy the legal and regulatory obligations in force.

The data may also be transmitted, if necessary, to all persons involved in the contract such as lawyers, experts, judicial and ministerial officers, curators, guardians, investigators. Information concerning you may also be transmitted to any person interested in the contract (subscriber, member, beneficiary...).

In order to provide certain services, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. Guarantees have been taken to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data. The transfer of data is governed by the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission. Mondial Change can provide a copy of these contractual clauses to any interested person on request.

Mondial Change commits itself to ensure the security of your data by implementing physical and logical means of security in conformity with the standards which are imposed to it.

In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as "Informatique et Libertés" and the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, you benefit from a right of access, portability, rectification and deletion of the data concerning you, as well as a right of opposition for a legitimate reason to that the personal data concerning you are the subject of a treatment and a right of opposition without reason to the commercial prospection.
