If no contract is concluded, personal data may be kept for a period of 3 years from the last contact with the prospect or customer. If a contract is concluded, the personal data collected is kept for the duration of the contract and then for 5 years after the end of the contract. This period may be extended in the event of ongoing legal proceedings.
The recipients of the data may be the producers of investment products, financial investment advisors, electronic money institutions, intermediaries in banking operations and payment services and possibly their subcontractors, who intervene in the context of the execution or management of your contract/investment, and if necessary, the administrative and judicial authorities to satisfy the legal and regulatory obligations in force.
The data may also be transmitted, if necessary, to all persons involved in the contract such as lawyers, experts, judicial and ministerial officers, curators, guardians, investigators. Information concerning you may also be transmitted to any person interested in the contract (subscriber, member, beneficiary...).
In order to provide certain services, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. Guarantees have been taken to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data. The transfer of data is governed by the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission. Mondial Change can provide a copy of these contractual clauses to any interested person on request.
